Through Youth-led programming, young people gain leadership skills through meaningful adventures. The program encourages youth to lead, while Section Scouters facilitate. The youth-lead programme consists of setting goals, and making plans to achieve these goals. Then youth collectively reflect on their experiences and personal development.
